    wow i didn’t know u lived in australia! well answering your question, do u mean what host? I use freewebs. and for the graphics i use paint shop pro and i code it myself. hope that answers your question.

    and with the layout thing, i didn’t use the freewebs layout, i coded it myself. because there are 2 options u can choose for freewebs. u can choose a template or do your own HTML. and i did my own.
